I bought these for Sleep at night. I would normally take one around 5 PM. Get tired around 7:30 PM sleeping by 8 PM no grogginess in the morning when I wake up at 4 AM drink lots of water in the morning. Great flavor, but remember they are 100 mg each. 🔥👍
