    Not to be consumed by 1 person! Wow these knock your socks off! I will say that I do not believe for a second that it is a tobacco free wrap. I’m a former smoker and sure felt like some nicotine buzz to go along with the high. However, I’ve never smoked a blunt not using a tobacco wrap so no biggie but might be to some consumers
